• Earthworks & Civil works for a new agricultural equipment dealership including but not limited to:
• 3,000m3 topsoil to stockpile
• Contaminated waste disposal
• Building excavation and foundation prep.
• SW & SS drainage including Pumping main, tradewaste washbay and all connections to public system.
• SW filtration device & soakpit construction.
• Pressure test & CCTV new pipework
• 800m2 concrete hardstand
• 6,000m2 of pavement construction
• Ducting & services
• Landscaping

DESCRIPTION:

GHC was awarded the earthworks and civil subcontract. GHC offered a one stop shop for everything from the ground level down. The ground conditions proved challenging with significant volumes of contaminated material. GHC worked with the client and consultants to provide best outcomes for all involved. GHC worked with the head contractor and all other trades on site to provide a completed project and handover to a happy client.

GHC impressed the head contractor with its ability to self-manage all aspects of the civil build, and as a result has since signed up a further two subcontracts for similar scopes.
