Lake Ruataniwha - Carpark Upgrade

SCOPE:

We were excited to be the successful tender for the development works at the Lake Ruataniwha Lagoon and Morrison Terrace Boat Ramp areas.

This development included the construction of car parking, roading, soak pits and fencing.

BREAKDOWN

• The construction of 8,118m2 of gravel road and carparking in x2 location around Lake Ruataniwha

• We supplied and installed 342 lineal metres of post and cable fencing. This ended up being approx x350 posts, into the ground as part of the contract.

• We supplied and installed of 167 lineal metres of bollard fencing

• There was the construction of one soak pit

• Excavating and site layout was required and the

• Removal of existing trees and vegetation, to allow construction of carparking at Morrison Terrace site.

This was a very successful project and was completed on time and on budget.
